Democracy for Hong Kong (D4HK) has invited three prominent female activists from Hong Kong to share their experience.

Reporting back from recent events in Hong Kong

Speakers:
Professor Petula Sik-Ying Ho - Founder of Gender and Sexual Justice in Action. Specialised in gender and sexuality, qualitative research and cross-cultural comparative studies. Professor at the University of Hong Kong. She has just finished her 103 hours hunger strike in support of the anti-extradition protest in Hong Kong. Willis Ho - Journalist, formerly a member of the Lingnan University’s Union, the Hong Kong Federation of Students and Land Justice League, was sentenced to 13 months’ imprisonment for her role in protesting against Hong Kong government’s development plan.

Daisy Chan - Former Convenor of Civil Human Rights Front (2014-15), General Secretary of The Hong Kong Federation of Students (2011-12)
