Event overview
Mr Jiang Chuanrong, a key figure in the Shanghai creative industry, will share his insights on UK-China tech and art exchange.
Talk will start at 5:30pm sharp. Please arrive promptly.
Mr Jiang will give an overview of the current status of Chinese cultural and creative technology, with market case studies of virtual shopping, immersive theatre, VR music and other application scenarios in the Shanghai 5G era, and explore the market path of Sino-British science and technology creative cooperation.
Mr Jiang Chuanrong's roles include:
- Vice Chairman of the China Film and Television Industry Alliance
- Director of the Technical Committee and Vice President of the Shanghai Film and Television Production Association
- Chairman of the Shanghai Mirror Pictures Film & TV Technology Co., Ltd.
- Film industry senior advisor for the Shanghai International Tourism Resort (where BAFTA China will be based)
- Jury member for the China Film and Television Technology Gold Seagull Award (the very first post-production award in China)
- Special advisor for the Shanghai Film Academy.
