Performance Research Forum (PRF 28) Artists Talks: Sign of the Times

Wendy Houstoun is a movement/theatre artist. Since 1980, she has worked extensively as a solo performer and in collaboration with companies. Credits include: DV8 Physical Theatre, Tim Etchells and Forced Entertainment, film-maker David Hinton, Jonathan Burrows, Nigel Charnock, performance artist Rose English, Gloria Theatre, Lumiere and Son Theatre Company, Ludus Dance Company, Vlatka Horvat and Michael Whaites.

Solo works include : Haunted, Daunted and Flaunted, Happy Hour, The 48 Almost Love Lyrics, 50 ACTS Pact and With Pointlessness . Film Credits include: Touched and Diary of a Dancer (BBC), Trying to Make Sense, Make Sense Of It for Fertile Ground.

Her most recent work includes Hell Hath No Fury at Wainsgate Chapel and Stupid Women an improvised work for women.

The Monday Performance Research Forum is a meeting ground between contemporary practitioners, researchers, students and staff in the college as well as the general public via a programme of cutting edge talks, events and performances. This season includes, Mojisola Adabayo, Topher Campbell, Wendy Houstoun, David Glass, Vahakn Matossian and Graeme Miller.
