Featuring music and sound art in surround sound.

Come along to the newly reopened Great Hall in the Richard Hoggart Building on Thursday 6th February for a very special EMS concert featuring new student work for multichannel diffusion: quad, 5.1 and 8-channel.

Featuring compositions by Adam Barkley, Live Schulerud, Isadora Nocchi Martins, Ted Brunning, Sarah-Holly Sayeed, Jamie Wignall, Lorenzo Burgio, Nicola Zolin, Murray Jamieson, Andrea Corradi & Nathan Tulve, Zarina Nares, Konstantinos Damianakis, Olivir Haylett and Michele Spadaro.

The evening will conclude with an opportunity to hear 8-channel versions of 'Talking Rain' by Hildegard Westekamp and 'Riverrun' by Barry Truax.

This is a free event and members of the public are welcome.
