Dr Elizabeth Williams in conversation with the only Black male Professor of African History in the UK alongside the only Black female Professor of the History of Slavery in the UK

Join Dr E Williams in conversation with the only Black male Professor of African History in the U.K. alongside the only Black female Professor of the History of Slavery in the U.K. Professor Hakim Adi (University of Chichester) and Professor Olivette Otele (University of Bristol) will be at Goldsmiths on Friday 20th March 5.30-7.30 where they will explore 'decolonising and liberating historical' minds and what this should mean for historical knowledge and research in the 21st century British Academy.

Frances Corner, Warden of Goldsmiths will be opening the event with welcome remarks and Professor William Henry (University of West London) will set the context with some introductory remarks.
