Join us for evenings of songs, improvisations and sonic adventures live-streamed from the EMS on our YouTube channel.
With live gigs being a bit thin on the ground at the moment the Electronic Music Studio is holding a regular series of live-streamed concerts on Thursday evenings between 7-8pm with solo artists and duos performing a 40 – 60-minute live set from our very own live room.
Shang Ren, often uses ‘CheapCrapCommunity’ to publish pieces of sounds. Begin with field recording since 2015, and end up with improvisation … or there’s no end?
And now she is a first year student of EMCT, which is short for Electronic Madness Cycle Toast. Did I say something wrong?
The performance is a letter of sound. She wants to “write” this letter to the street, to this city which is new to her, and to the past she had left.
