A collaborative session to celebrate World Social Work Day

The Social Work team at Goldsmiths will be hosting a Creative Collective Session to celebrate World Social Work Day, infusing hope and optimism by sharing poems, stories, music, art, and joy with one another. This will be an international and student-led event reflecting testimonies, liberations, and experiences of coping and thriving under Covid-19.

We have been inspired by the Social Work narratives encouraging care, creativity, vulnerability, and resilience. We want to hear from you – the music and poetry of solidarity, indigenous voices, united identities, cultures and connectedness.
This event is a protected, safe space, so please bring your soulful selves and come celebrate World Social Work Day!

This event is a free online event, please register now to secure your ticket: bit.ly/CCSWD2021

The event invite and link will be sent in early March. If you need any further information regarding the event, please contact Nic Fu at n.fu@gold.ac.uk.
