BMus Music students perform their final degree shows in Deptford Town Hall’s Council Chamber and live via our festival website

PureGold: our annual festival of eclectic, innovative and exciting work coming out of the Department of Music.

1pm: Percussionist Angharad Pether performs works for marimba, vibraphone and snare drum, accompanied by Rosie Bergonzi.

Mark Glentworth: Blues for Gilbert

Eugene Novotney: A Minute of News
Evelyn Glennie: A Little Prayer

Angharad says about her performance: "Multi percussion, an exploration of different percussion instruments and genres. As a performer I focus on playing the role of storyteller through music, sharing the joy I feel in my playing, expressing value for the Marimbas history, and bringing deeply emotive qualities to the pieces I play."
