Goldsmiths students past and present perform new and contemporary works for open ensemble in this fundraiser for Lewisham Music/Goldsmiths: Alchemy Project

Programme to include:
"Three Welsh Landscapes: second landscape" for large ensemble by Katie Grout (2020)
"Lomond / Autumn Piece" for large ensemble by James M. Creed (2020/2021)
"What Will We Do When We Have No Money" by Mary Delaney (early 1970s) arr. Lankum for large ensemble
"Wandering" by James Layton (2018) for solo viola
"Buddha" by Julius Eastman (1984) for solo guitar
6 Encores: "3. Wasserklavier" by Luciano Berio (1990) for solo piano
"Merry Christmas Mrs. Whiting" by Bunita Marcus (1981) for solo piano

Performers to include James Creed (guitar), Jess Porter-Langson (viola), Clare Spollen (piano)

Goldsmiths will still be complying with Covid safety measure - audience members should wear face coverings (unless exempt) and maintain distancing - all tickets to be booked in advance via Eventbrite and a donation box will be available - please pay whatever you like to support this cause.
