Join us for the first of the summer term's EMS live shows – tonight's is featuring Shane dB

Shane dB returns to EMS-TV with a DJ set that features one of his tracks from his newly formed Dark Matter Project solo techno project.

Shane is a second year PhD Music Student researching the role of the Digital Audio Workstation in electronic music production.

He previously used to run an independent record label, Manic Ears Records, in the late 1980s that was in the forefront of the UK Punk, hardcore and grind core scene, and a favourite of the late John Peel for BBC Radio at the time.

Shane now is a DJ and Producer and announces his own solo techno outfit – Dark Matter Project and his music is based on the raw, deep, hypnotic, and minimal sounds of techno.

Shane will be performing at ‘Tomorrow Calling’ day festival on the 18th of September at Amp Studios in London when he plans to showcase his own EP to be released July/August 2022.
