Find out information for pursuing a doctorate in the Department of Educational Studies at Goldsmiths.
The Department of Educational Studies has a MPhil/PhD in Education, and a MPhil/PhD in Art Practice and Learning. Together these programmes provide opportunities for study in a wide range of topics relating to the field of education.
In this online webinar we will discuss the process for applying for a PhD and you will hear from our current students Devina Paramdeo, Molly Pardoe and Sam Holdstock about their experiences of drafting a research proposal and engaging with a wide range of PGR activities. We will focus on:
• How do I apply to the programme?
• What are the admission requirements?
• How do I draft my research proposal?
• How does supervision work?
• What research activities can I engage in?
• What sources of funding are there available?
