This month Simon Says is back with a RnB & Jazz curated line up, showcasing this buzzing side of the Goldsmiths music scene.

Simon Says has been a long running event, curated by students on the BMus in Popular Music for the local crowds to enjoy the wide array of music created within the Goldsmiths community. Simon Says brings together students from all years, all styles and skills to present a night that gives a platform to Goldsmiths artist to showcase their work.

NAIMA LOUNGE JAM
Goldsmiths Alumni Nia & Maria, legends in the GS jazz community, present us with a jam to headline the evening. Along with their house band, they welcome everyone to the stage to engage in improvisation and have a good time!

Elle De Lanée
Goldsmiths' vocalist Elle de Lanée brings her unique take on neo soul blended with modal jazz to Simon Says this month giving you a mixture of originals and modern standards such a Kenny Garrett and Wayne Shorter. Taking influence from the modern jazz instrumentalists, Elle's approach to the voice mirrors that of her idols. Hogarth Hannam, Keys / Agneesh Dutta, Bass / Isaac, Sax / Drums TBC

Blofishh
Blofishh crosses indie, soul, rock and jazz elements inspired by the likes of Lianne La Havas Joy Crookes and Will Paquin. Expect a combination of innovative original music and some modern songs mixed with classic jazz covers.

Brisa
Peruvian singer-songwriter will be joining us with RnB/soul songs and Spanish boleros.

Come down to Simon Says and see the best of Goldsmiths music! FREE ENTRY!
