Royston John is a ‘child’ of the controversially titled ‘Windrush’ Generation. He uncovers a journey of how migration shaped his life.
Themes that will be discussed during the talk include:

Following the screening, there will be an extensive therapeutic interaction, conversation and Q&A facilitated by Royston.
About the Speaker:
Royston John has been providing services as a Business Coach, Management Consultant and EDI Specialist for over 20 years and before that he served as a senior manager across public and private sectors. Royston has delivered over 700 workshops, advised a Mayor and Cabinet on increasing Black staff in employment; supported businesses becoming anti-racist organisations; with Police reducing racial disparity; and increasing harmony in communities. Royston has also worked collaboratively with the British Council and 19 African countries.
