An Evening with Professor Michael Rosen: Exploring the World of Children's Literature
Join us for a special evening with celebrated children's author, poet, and academic Michael Rosen. Whether you're passionate about writing, education, or the evolving landscape of children's publishing, this is a unique opportunity to hear from one of the most influential voices in the field.
Michael Rosen will share his insights on the evolving world of children’s literature as well as the crucial role of children's books in shaping a more thoughtful and inclusive society. This will be followed by an engaging Q&A session, where attendees can ask him questions about writing, education, and the role of children's literature today. This event is a must-attend for parents, teachers, librarians, and anyone passionate about children's literature!
This event is proudly hosted by Spinning Gold, Goldsmiths’ children's literature journal, as part of our fundraising efforts for the upcoming third edition. Alongside the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to get their books signed by Michael Rosen (please bring your own copies!) and browse exclusive Spinning Gold merchandise, with all proceeds supporting the journal.
