Fizzy Currents: MA Design Expanded Practice Degree Show 2025

Fizzy and bubbling up to the surface, the 2025 MA Design Expanded Practice Degree Show introduces ideas that continue to grow. A journey of flowing through the fermenting inquiries, the endless explorations, and the flourishing processes of our mould breaking methods.

Fizzy currents invites us to consider design as a process of fermentation. Throughout the last 15 months MA Design Expanded Practice students have designed new ways of thinking and creating. This post-disciplinary degree confronts the field of design by moving beyond strict margins, and asks to redefine what designers can be and do. Fizzy and bubbling up to the surface, the 2025 graduating cohort interrogate design through thematic investigations into the world of creation.

Join us for the private view on Thursday 11th December 6–9pm.

The Degree Show will then be open from Friday 12th - Sunday 14th 12pm–6pm, with a programme of student performances, workshops and screenings taking place. Follow @fizzy_currents on Instagram for details and updates.
