'We're all migrants'. Join us for free workshops and live theatre performance, led by New Vic Borderlines

Workshops: 3.30 PM-5.30 PM
• The Arrival: What We Carry / What We Leave Behind. Creatively explore themes of journeying, memory, hope, and safety. New Vic Borderlines
• Reflection & Wellbeing: A Mindfulness and Connection Space. Dr Lily Harmoutziadou, Senior Lecturer, Birmingham City University
• Make Your Peace: Cultural animation and shared storytelling to consider how peace moves, who carries it, and how it is received. New Vic Borderlines
• Safe and Sound: A Poetic, Musical, and Lyrical Space. New Vic Borderlines
• Her Migration Story: Workshop for women. Fatma Yuksel, writer and performer (‘Londoner’)

Live Theatre Performance of ‘Peace Is Home’: 6.30 PM to 7.30 PM
A documentary drama featuring the voices of children who have lived through conflict.

This event is part of the ‘Migration Stories’ Research project.
All welcome, but registration is essential.

Trigger warning: given the themes of war and conflict, the content of the workshops and production may be emotionally challenging for some people.
