Bio:
Zillah is co-founder and CEO of Phase Space VR, a tech-powered mental health platform for young people in education. Founding a start-up has been the most exciting and fulfilling thing she's ever done. But this followed a varied career at the BBC - which took her from radio and TV journalism to leading innovation for BBC R&D. Work there included research partnerships with universities to introduce spatial audio to BBC productions, and developing a story database for the world's longest running soap opera. The former head of BBC VR,
Zillah is an industry leader in scalable mass-market VR production and has won numerous awards for her work. She developed the world’s first large scale shared headset VR distribution model, pioneered in public libraries across the UK. She's also worked with organisations like the Royal Shakespeare Company on digital innovation in performance arts.
