Event overview
In an increasingly interconnected world, education is shaped by global flows of ideas, cultures, and knowledge. This interactive taster session explores what globalisation means and how it influences teaching and learning in educational settings across different parts of the world. We will discuss the concept of Global Citizenship Education – the idea that we are all part of a shared global community – and explore how education can help build understanding across cultures and equip learners to engage with global challenges. Join us for a conversation on how educators and students can contribute to more peaceful, inclusive, and tolerant societies, particularly in a world that is both highly connected and deeply unequal.
Join us for a taster tession to learn more about MA Education programmes at Goldsmiths!
