Workshop for Staff delivered by Carl Lyons

Carl Lyons is an experienced coach, writer and trainer. He is the founder of ReCreate and provides training and consultation to many organisations, teaching individuals to achieve optimum health and performance. Carl has qualifications in Ayurvedic Medicine, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, yoga and Life Coaching. He combines these skills in his practice giving a unique and holistic approach to making lasting change in life.

Outline
This workshop aims to show you ways to combat stress and enhance your
energy levels and is designed to help you improve physical, mental and emotional health in every area of life. It takes a practical and fundamental look at the factors that influence health and personal performance; diet and nutrition, thinking and emotional styles, physical activity and working relationships. Assessments are made of current health levels, personal values and belief systems. The aim is to inspire permanent change in behaviour and in turn deliver optimum levels of health, energy and performance. The underpinning philosophy is that by understanding our fundamental motivators and being clear about our life goals, we can achieve extraordinary things in all areas of life. Ideal for staff at any level who need to improve their levels of health, positively manage stress and move towards meeting their full potential and achieving balance between their working and personal lives.

Participants will gain practical experience and/or knowledge of:

*all the factors that influence our levels of health and performance and how to proactively manage them
their own personal value system and beliefs
