Prison Season
The Centre for Cultural Studies and the Students' Union at Goldsmiths present a series of films for the Autumn Term that are explorations of how punishment and imprisonment impacts on the body/soul - highly relevant for these back to school and War on Terror times. All Welcome. Short introductions to the films and special guests too.
7 October - Ghosts of the Civil Dead (Nick Cave et al)
14 October - Stammheim, the Baader-Meinhof trial
21 October - No Film (Scott McQuire talk at 7pm - see separate event details under McQuire Lecture)
28 October - Kiss of the Spider Woman (with William Hurt)
