This training is essential for all Departmental Recruiters to enable them to get the best out of the new system.
Staff Development would like to invite you to one of our e-recruitment workshops running in June for those colleagues coordinating staff recruitment for their departments (Departmental Recruiters).
Applicants have been able to apply for staff vacancies using the online system since spring 2009. The next stage of the project is to enable departments to take primary responsibility for managing their recruitment needs via the I-GRasp system. Human Resources will continue to offer their advice and support.
This training is essential for all Departmental Recruiters to enable them to get the best out of the new system. Focusing on the core functionality, the workshop will show the process through all stages of recruitment, from creating a vacancy; setting sifting questions; short listing; to interview management.
As a key user of I-GRasp (e-recruitment) by the end of the session, you will be able to:
• Create a vacancy
• Process candidates and track applications
• Shortlist
• Communicate status changes to candidates via email
• Schedule interview slots and book candidates in
• Find specific positions and candidates
