This workshop, would be delivered by Philip Lott a solicitor and practitioner in employment law. He thoroughly engages his listeners and simplifies what can otherwise be a complex and cumbersome topic.
All Goldsmiths' HR policies are underpinned by employment law; this workshop aims to help participants be more confident in dealing with employment issues and in recognising when to approach their HR Business Partner (HRBP) team for further advice. Philip's sessions are always lively and participative - exploring the subject through case studies, quizzes and, strictly confidential, discussion.
Who is this workshop for?
Places on this workshop are intended for members of staff who are involved in managing the performance of others; taking part in the recruitment and selection of Goldsmiths' staff; or who are engaged in promoting Equality & Diversity in the College, such as the Diversity Champions.
