William Heath is a proven entrepreneur and creative digital rights activist.

He works in technology, public services and the field of personal data. His network spans government, the IT supply industry and the independent and voluntary sector. He is recognised as a well-informed, independent and refreshing voice who always advocates the part of the customer, citizen or taxpayer and of formal service-design techniques in making best use of emerging technologies and transforming public services.
