Nowruz (New Year) will be celebrated on the Spring Equinox. Organised by Goldsmiths' Afghanistan Music Unit (Prof. John Baily, Head of AMU) and the Afghanistan and Central Asia Association in New Cross (Dr Nooralhaq Nasimi, Head of ACAA), there will be music, speeches from members of the community, poetry from Afghan supplementary school students and opportunities for networking.

from 4pm onwards!
