Event overview
Birthday Concert for George Frideric Handel, celebrating his 327th year. The Amade Players, directed by Nick Newland will perform works by Handel including his Foundling Hospital Anthem and a Concerto for Organ, featuring Jacob Chesshyre.
The ensemble will be working with local schools on a performance of Handel's 'Messiah', to be performed at Goldsmiths on 22 March 2012, and tonight's concert is a fundraising concert for this event.
