The Students' Union welcomes Gigi Ibrahim, who will offer an eye witness report from Egypt followed by a question and answer session.

Gihan "Gigi" Ibrahim is an Egyptian journalist, blogger and socialist activist. She has been credited as being a part of a new generation of "citizen journalists" who document news events using social media.

Gigi will offer an eye witness report of recent events in Egypt which will be followed by an open question and answer session.
