Poetry event, with a reading by Jo Shapcott; illustrated talks by Armand D'Angour, Barbara Goff and Michael Simpson about historical and imaginative links between poetry and the Games; creative contributions from Blake Morrison, Maura Dooley and others

This event will explore the prominent historical association between poetry and the Olympic Games, and will seek to recapture creatively some of the spirit behind that connection, here at Goldsmiths.
