As part of the Department of Music’s “Music Week” of intensive rehearsals, the Sinfonia and Chorus present an evening concert of Russian music, conducted by Alexander Ivashkin, and Tim Hooper, Chorus Master.

Prokofiev: Lieutenant Kije
Tchaikovsky: Tatyana's Letter (from 'Eugene Onegin'), with Chien-Chun Lin, soprano soloist
Tchaikovsky/Gardiner: Overture 1812 (choral version, arr. Ian Gardiner, celebrating the 200th anniversary of this event)
Taneyev: St John of Damascus
