Event overview
Again this year Human Resources are offering flu vaccinations for staff via Occupational Health.
Seasonal flu is a highly infectious respiratory illness caused by viruses. It is spread through the coughs and sneezes of infected people. A flu vaccination gives good protection from seasonal flu and it will last for approximately 1 year.
Bruce Ormiston will be available to administer flu vaccines to staff on-site on Monday 29 October and Thursday 1 November in the Occupational Health room in Human Resources.
To book please email Rebecca Bath, Staff Development Assistant at r.bath@gold.ac.uk with the subject line "Flu Vaccination" as soon as possible. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
