Event overview
Goldsmiths Students’ Union is proud to announce that in celebration of Black History Month and in association with Love Music Hate Racism we will be hosting a gig by American Hip-Hop band The Coup headed up by Boots Riley.
Coming all the way from Oakland California, The Coup will be playing at Goldsmiths as part of their European wide tour to promote their new album ‘Sorry to Bother You’. This will be their first show in London for more than 4 years, and the only London date on their tour.
As part of Black History Month, Goldsmiths SU is proud to host an artist with an outspoken voice against racism and police brutality including the campaign around Trayvon Martin, which has parallels with Goldsmiths SU campaigns and our work on Defending the Right to Protest.
The Coup will play at the Stretch and tickets are available from the link below or from the union building itself:
Note, tickets will be available for collection from Goldsmiths SU from Wednesday 17th October, please bring your receipt.
If you do not collect your tickets prior to the event, please bring your receipt to the event where your name will be on the door.
Tickets will cost £12 if you purchase them on the door.
