Part of the Counselling Service's 'Building your confidence as a learner' workshop series

In this workshop we will think together about procrastination and the ways in which it manifests itself. We will try to understand what may cause it and what it may mean. It is the understanding of procrastination that can lead to a shift and an improved capacity to think and then act differently.
