The Marsha Phoenix Memorial Trust Annual Lecture will be held on Wednesday 20 November 2013. ‘Imoinda’s Children: How Should We Know Them?’ will be delivered by Professor Joan Anim-Addo in the Small Cinema. The event will start at 5.00pm.

Admission is free.

The Marsha Phoenix Memorial Trust is a supported housing project for homeless young women. The project has two hostels, both based in the London Borough of Lewisham. The Trust was founded by Sybil Phoenix MBE, MS in 1979. Sybil is a Fellow of Goldsmiths, Freeman of the City of London, Freeman of Lewisham, Former Mayoress of Lewisham, Methodist Minister, Honorary President of National Council of Women in Great Britain, and Vice President of the Commonwealth Youth Council.
