Sean Keeley has worked as an occupational psychologist for the last 25 years, and is currently Global Director of Psychometrics at Kenexa-IBM.

Previous organisations he has worked at include PSL, SHL, Hogrefe, Capita and The RNIB (Royal National Institute for Blind People).

Sean will talk about the more technical side of occupational psychology work and some of the major projects that he has worked on. Come find out if this career is right for you.
