Rush-Hour Recital Double Bill: Marli Wren (piano) and Gywn Davies (voice)

3rd Year Music students Marli Wren (piano) and Gywn Davies (voice) perform a Rush-Hour Recital in this double bill concert.

Marli will perform:
Debussy: Clair de lune
Scriabin: Etude No 2, Op 65
Schubert: Impromptu in Gb
Debussy: La cathédrale engloutie
Beethoven: Moonlight Sonata, 1st mvt

And Gywn will sing:
Vaughan Williams: 'Love Bade Me Welcome' and 'The Call' from 5 Mystical Songs
Schumann: 'Im Wondershoenen monat Mai', 'aus meinen tränen sprießen', 'die rose, die lille, die taube, die sonne' and 'Ich grolle nicht' from Dichterleibe
Vaughan Williams: Silent Noon

Hosted by the Department of Music at Goldsmiths, this series of concerts gives students an opportunity to perform their work in the grand surroundings of Deptford Town Hall. The performance is open to all staff and students at Goldsmiths, as well as members of the public.
