EAVI and the Unit for Sound Practice Research are really excited to be bringing electro-acoustic pioneer Trevor Wishart to Goldsmiths.

Trevor will be doing a presentation at 5pm in NAB LG02, and then presenting his piece 'Globalalia' at EAVI VI at the Amersham Arms in the evening. Both events are open to all, and it would be great to see as many people as possible.

Support at the gig will be come from Steph Horak, Matthias Moos and a duo of Alessandro Altavilla and Adam Parkinson.

----------------------------------------------------------
Trevor Wishart is a composer whose interests deal mainly with the human voice, in particular with the transformation of it and the interpolation by technological means between human voice and natural sounds. Wishart has written two books On Sonic Art and Audible Design. On Sonic Art puts forth his theoretical and philosophical ideas while Audible Design deals mainly with the practice and technique of composing with digital audio.
