A great opportunity to hear the Goldsmiths Sinfonia perform in the fantastic surroundings of the Great Hall in our Richard Hoggart Building.

The Goldsmiths Sinfonia, conducted by Roger Redgate, will perform a varied programme of pieces in their end-of-term concert.

Programme to include:
Prokofiev: Symphony No 1 ("Classical")
Bruch: Kol Nidrei (performed by the winner of the Goldsmiths Concerto Competition, double bassist Alfie Harries)
Feldman: Intersection

About Goldsmiths Sinfonia

Goldsmiths Sinfonia has gained a reputation for the quality of their performances under the direction of professional conductors. Our policy of promoting twentieth-century and contemporary music has entailed many premières of works by living composers such as Nicola Lefanu, Giles Swayne, Edwin Roxburgh, Edward Gregson and Sadie Harrison.
