Politics Department Research seminar

We are delighted to welcome to the College a former Goldsmiths PhD graduate in Politics. Dr Branislav Radeljic, currently Senior Lecturer in International Politics at the University of East London will talk about what it means to do a PhD and offer valuable advice to those who have already embarked on the doctorate path but also to those who are just considering it. He will discuss how to make the most of it but also what to expect from the whole process.

Branislav’s main research interests focus on the study of EU politics and the Western Balkans. He has presented and discussed his ideas at numerous conferences and public lectures across Europe, America and Asia. He is the author of Europe and the Collapse of Yugoslavia: The Role of Non-State Actors and European Diplomacy (2012), and editor of Europe and the post-Yugoslav Space (2013), and Debating European Identity: Bright Ideas, Dim Prospects (2014).

All current/prospective PhD students and staff are welcome!
