Try our Club Pulse's FREE taster sessions during Health & Wellbeing days!
Club Pulse has offered three FREE taster sessions for students and staff over the course of the Health & Wellbeing days. Participants will be able to check out a few of the classes offered throughout the week with a simple, introductory feel. Tuesday will host ‘Spin’ (an energetic workout utilising fun music and stationary cycles,) ‘Legs, Bums, & Tums’ (a toning & shaping cardiovascular workout) and ‘Boxercise’ (a form of cross-training that combines boxing and kickboxing techniques.)
