Date: Tuesday 20 October 2015, 2:30-4pm
Location: Profokiev Room, Library
Led by: Andrew Gray, Research Support Librarian and Ozden Sahin, Repository Coordinator

As part of the Open Access Week 2015, Goldsmiths Library is happy to announce a session on how to upload your work to Goldsmiths Research Online (GRO). PhD students, new staff members, and staff members who have not used GRO before are welcome to join the event.

The session will provide the basics on how to use an institutional repository for your research output such as an artwork, book, composition, design, exhibition, journal article, software, among others.

The event will consist of three sections:

1) a demonstration of how to use GRO
2) adding your work
3) a brief information session on Open Access in general

By the end of this session, you will have learned how to use GRO as well as the basics of copyright rules about making your work Open Access.

Please come with at least one research item that you would like to add to GRO as well as a laptop or tablet computer that you will use to do so.

Book your place by emailing gro@gold.ac.uk

We look forward to welcoming you.
