CUCR, the Asia Centre and the Migration Research Network at Goldsmiths, University of London invite you to a launch of Caroline Knowles' Young Londoners in Beijing funded by the ESRC.

A response by Michaela Benson and a lecture by Karen O'Reilly: West meets East: migration as a story of cultural practice.

Karen O'Reilly is Professor of Sociology at the University of Loughborough. She pioneered the use of practice stories for migration research. Her current project is Lifestyle Migration in East Asia funded by the ESRC. https://lifestyleemigration.wordpress.com
