A panel discussion of Sexism followed by a launch of a special issue of the journal, New Formations on Sexism (2015).

The Centre for Feminist Research's inaugural conference 'Sexism: the Problem with a Name' took place in May 2014. The conference led to a Special Issue on Sexism for the journal New Formations published in December 2015. This panel discussion of Sexism will mark the launch of this special issue. The panel includes Professor Sarah Franklin (Cambridge), Professor Cora Kaplan (Queen Mary), Professor Sarah Kember (Goldsmiths), Tiffany Page (Goldsmiths) and Dr Leila Whitley (Konstanz) and will be chaired by Professor Sara Ahmed the Director of the CFR who edited the special issue. The discussion will be followed by a reception and copies of the special issue will be available to purchase.
