Vincent Yong, one of the Campus Support Officers and a karate brown-belt, welcomes you to Martial Art: Body, Mind & Soul - an alternative way of stress release and body control.

Based on the principles of KYOKUSHINKAI KARATE, come along and learn all the above (and more) in a different way!
No previous experience required; only things required are suitable clothes (i.e. tracksuit bottoms/t-shirt/shoes with non-marking soles) and an open mind.
The event will be held at the Garden Room, St. James's (access via Loring Hall Security at Accommodation Office). Please bring a valid Goldsmiths staff/student ID to gain access through the pedestrian gate.
