Dr Paul Brewerton talks on the use of strengths in business and how to increase your employability by using your strengths.

Paul co-founded Strengths Partnership in 2006 with James Brook. Paul and James found that they both shared similar vision and values around helping organisations find their people’s ‘sweet spot’ between what they do best and what really energises them about work.

Paul is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Doctorate in Organisational Psychology with over 17 years’ experience in helping organisations create productive workplaces through work at individual, team and whole organisation levels. In recent years, Paul has dedicated his business activities to helping organisations translate a strengths-based approach to bottom line business performance and has worked with BNP Paribas, RAF, Santander, EE, Airbus, Takeda, Asda, Tesco, Henley and Cass Business Schools, LSE and many more.
