This seminar series aims to promote discussion about equality, diversity, and other important issues in academia.

This is the first seminar in our brown bag seminar series. The seminar will be on Women in Academia and our speakers will include Jose van Velzen and Alan Pickering, both members of the Department of Psychology at Goldsmiths. Students and staff from all Departments are welcome to attend and the event is free.

This seminar series aims to promote discussion about equality, diversity, and other important issues in academia. In each seminar, we will hear from two or more people with lived experience relevant to a specific topic. The seminars are meant to provide an informal context in which we can learn from one another's experiences and to increase awareness of an array of issues that impact academic experience. Seminars will be held at lunchtime and attendees are welcome to bring their lunch.
