Chris Power lives and works in London. His ‘Brief Survey of the Short Story’ has appeared in the Guardian since 2007. His fiction has been published in The Stinging Fly, The Dublin Review and The White Review. His first collection of stories, Mothers, was published to considerable acclaim earlier this year.

Monique Roffey is an award-winning Trinidadian-born British writer of novels, essays and a memoir. Her novels have been translated into five languages and shortlisted for several major awards. She is a Lecturer on the MFA/MA in Creative Writing at Manchester Metropolitan University and a tutor at the Norwich Writers’ Centre.
