Revisiting the philosophical contribution of G. Anders through a qualitative comparison with T. W. Adorno in a transmethodological approach.
Filippo Ursitti (Goldsmiths)

The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the importance of Günther Anders by tracing his influence over another philosopher, T.W. Adorno. Accordingly, the research will put forward the thesis that G. Anders (Stern) belongs in the philosophical movement called Frankfurt School (Frankfurt Schule) as an originator of many of its important theses. It will do for Anders what Adorno himself did with the figure of Walter Benjamin, namely, offer a complete re-evaluation of his work as proto-member of the German movement.
