GLITS creative reading session with Crystal Koo reading her 'Hollowbody'.

A reading from the short story originally published in 2011 in the anthology Philippine Speculative Fiction 6.

"Ralph’s acoustic guitar is stunning. She lies face down on the black velvet of the hardshell guitar case, the tawny, sunburst finish of her soft skin everywhere except where a soundhole is carved out below her breasts, on top of her belly. There is nothing inside but a manufacturer’s sticker. Her right arm is rigidly raised, bolted into position, and six tuning knobs are screwed into her wrist. Six nickel-wound strings stretch down the length of her arm. When Ralph nudges her out of the case, she wriggles petulantly, like a cat disturbed, and steps out. Her mouth is pert and bow-shaped and she is bald. She is shaven everywhere, even her eyebrows, even down there, where the six strings are bridged and anchored."
