August Kleinzahler reads from his poetry as part of the Richard Hoggart Lecture series, in association with the Newcastle Centre for the Literary Arts and Faber & Faber.
Born in New Jersey, August Kleinzahler is the author of ten books of poetry, most recently a New and Selected Poems, 'Sleeping It Off in Rapid City', and winner of the 2004 International Griffin Poetry Prize.
