Dr. Paul Flaxman discusses his work into perfectionism and work-related cognition.

Over the past 15 years, Paul has taken a prominent role in adapting mindfulness-based interventions to help improve employees' psychological health. Most notably, he has worked alongside Professor Frank Bond in developing and evaluating acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as a worksite training intervention. Paul, Frank, and their colleague Fredrik Livheim recently published a book-length manual, designed for practitioners interested in delivering ACT in workplace settings.
