Josie Truscott of Deloitte will be discussing how we can explore the strengths and gaps in a small team using dark side trait profiles and ‘big 5’ overviews.

Today’s business challenges present a new wave of HR, talent and organisation priorities. Deloitte offer services for managing human capital that leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programmes from business driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programmes.

Josie Truscott will be leading this workshop to discuss how we can explore the dynamics of teams to make the best of strengths and gaps.
